Privacy Policy and Zero-Storage Guarantee

Cashflow PDF is designed so that live browser-enabled document workflows can process files on the user's device rather than sending those document contents to our infrastructure. This is our zero-storage guarantee for document content in the live zero-server flow.

We may still process other personal data where necessary to operate the site, respond to enquiries, honour cookie choices, or maintain basic security and service diagnostics. For those activities, we may act as a controller under applicable UK data-protection law.

Cookie choices are presented with an equal "Accept all" and "Reject all" option. Where advertising or analytics are later introduced, they should be wired to respect that choice before any non-essential scripts run.

If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Concern reports can be sent to the privacy contact route shown in the footer. The operational goal is to acknowledge those reports within 30 days.

Because the product uses static hosting plus local document processing, the categories of data we ordinarily receive are narrower than a traditional upload-and-convert platform. That reduces exposure around document contents, but it does not eliminate all privacy obligations for site-level data or correspondence.
